Effective since 2013, Prince Liquor & Wine is committed to offering a safe, legal, and responsible shopping experience for all of our customers. In compliance with state and federal law, you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic products from our store. Valid government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport, is required at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper ID is not presented or if there is any concern regarding the authenticity of the identification.

All alcohol sales at Prince Liquor & Wine are final. Due to legal restrictions, we do not accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic items may be returned within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase, provided they are unopened, in resalable condition, and accompanied by the original receipt. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged—such as corked wine or broken seals—our management team will evaluate the item and may offer a replacement or store credit at their discretion.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept personal or business checks.

To maintain a safe environment, shoplifting and fraudulent activities are taken very seriously and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Service will be refused to individuals who display disruptive, aggressive, or visibly intoxicated behavior. Additionally, the consumption of alcohol or possession of open containers is not allowed on store premises.

Special orders are available upon request, and a deposit may be required depending on the item. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing, depending on supplier availability. All promotions and discounts are subject to change or termination without notice and may not be combined unless otherwise specified.
